2. Are you currently hiring?
We are not currently hiring. When we do hire new team members, we post positions on our Jobs at FireOak page and to the FireOak LinkedIn page. Check back regularly for news.
3. What are your working hours?
We work 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with additional support as needed to handle information security incidents, should they occur.
4. Do you bill by the hour?
No. We work on a flat fee basis. Our work is priced according to the scope, length, complexity of each project and the value we provide to our clients.
